'House of the Dragon' Season 2, episode 3 trailer teases the first dragon entering the fray

It was only a matter of time before the dragons were unleashed.

In the trailer above for House of the Dragon Season 2, episode 3, we see the Team Green vs. Team Black conflict escalating from discussions of war to discussion of dragons.

"If dragons begin fighting dragons we invite our own destruction," says Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D'Arcy) over the top of the trailer. "It'll be savage beyond all compare."

You can probably guess what comes next.

New episodes of House of the Dragon air Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and Max.
