Ewan Mitchell and Fabien Frankel might play villains on screen in House of the Dragon, but remember they're not their roles, people.
The pair appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, speaking about their costumes (including Ser Criston Cole's "dodgy wig") and Prince Aemond's nude scenes, and the secrets of riding fake horses and dragons.
"I actually ride a bucking bronco on the back of a pickup truck from about the mid-1990s," Frankel explains. "And then I have to mime, at like five miles an hour."
Around the five-minute mark there's a behind-the-scenes clip of Frankel on said horse, and wow, the veil has been lifted. As for Mitchell, flying a dragon means being suspended 30 feet in the air. Here's what dragon riding in House of the Dragon looks like.
